On 21-22 June, a selection of Keraben Grupo clients will enjoy a new edition of the “Keraben Grupo Campus”. In this edition, completely renewed after two years of forced hiatus, the event will once again be held in person and will focus on the Group’s Metropol brand. The company will be resuming new editions adapted to its other two brands, Keraben and Ibero.
Once again this year, the Campus has the support of the National Association of Ceramic and Building Materials Distributors (ANDIMAC), whose maxim “The professional distribution channel must differentiate itself” was Keraben Grupo’s inspiration for the launch of its Campus in 2016.
This year the main thread of the Campus is #ContigoEnCadaPaso (#WithYouEachStepOfTheWay). For this reason, the company has prepared a series of training activities for the sole purpose of enriching and updating knowledge on each of the steps to be followed in the sales process of the high-end product, from the time the end client starts searching for inspiration for their renovation until they confirm the budget and, in addition, recommends the distributor, achieving a memorable sales experience.
In each talk, professionals from the world of sales and interior decoration, with extensive experience and prestige, will provide attendees with advice and information of interest on communication-capturing, sales techniques, interior design at the point of sale or technical aspects of the ceramic product.
A highly important event for the Group which, little by little, is resuming its direct activity with the client, the company’s fundamental axis and the bastion of the Keraben Grupo’s commitment to the end consumer.
